Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the European Union.
If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to assist.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process and ship orders the same day whenever possible.
Delivery time depends on your location and the schedule of postal services, but in most cases parcels arrive very quickly:
- Baltic countries: usually 2–3 business days
- Other EU countries: typically 2–3 business days, sometimes up to 5 depending on the carrier
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, delivery method, and order size.
You will always see the final price before completing your order.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are packed and dispatched within the same day or within 1 business day at the latest.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link (where available) so you can follow your parcel’s journey
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes — if something isn’t quite right, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags/packaging.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
Yes — return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was sent.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes — you can ship your order directly to the gift recipient.
Simply enter their delivery details at checkout.
Do you include pricing in the parcel?
No, we do not include receipts with prices inside the parcel, so gifts remain a surprise.
Can you add a greeting card?
Yes — we can include a small handwritten greeting card with your message.
